Her interest in dance was further cultivated by the influence of music videos from the late 80s to the early 2000s on MTV, inspiring her to pursue a career in dance and also gymnastics which has been a great asset. Her most practiced dance genres are dancehall, afrobeat, street and hiphop.
From 2015 to 2019, Nardos was a dedicated member of the acclaimed dance group, New Generation Crew, where she showcased her skills in dancehall and street through captivating performances and competitions across various cities in Sweden, ranging from lively festivals to electrifying boxing matches and galas. Notable achievements include placing 3rd in the prestigious Street Star Festival in 2018 and making a strong impression again in 2019.
Following the split of the dance crew, Nardos took on a new endeavour by initiating a free afrobeat dance class alongside a former group member, dedicated to mentoring and teaching aspiring young dancers aged 13 and above. Together under the name AfroFeeling, they delivered several amazing performances at Lyckliga Gatan Katrineholm in 2019, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.

She has not only excelled in dance but has also showcased her skills in theater, musicals, music videos, and film. One of her standout projects was Katrineholmsrevyn 2020, where she not only impressed the audience as a dancer and choreographer but also showcased her skills as a singer and actor.
Nardos as of now, has added photographer, videographer, creative director and model to her resumé.
